1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a tiered warranty system to ensure your peace of mind:
- 5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the machine’s structural hardware and main frame.
- 3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the motors, electronic control systems, circuit boards, and the mechanical transmission system (including belts and bearings).
2. Exclusions (Consumables)
Please note that consumable parts and wear-and-tear items are not covered by the warranty. These include, but are not limited to:
- Needles, embroidery thread, bobbins, bobbin cases, rotary hooks, and other similar accessories.
3. Lifetime Technical Support
Any machine purchased directly from the RainbowEmb Official Store is entitled to lifetime technical support. Our team of expert engineers is dedicated to helping you maximize the performance of your machine for as long as you own it.

5. Replacement Parts & Shipping
Once our technical engineers have verified the issue through remote diagnostics:

- To minimize your downtime, replacement parts will be shipped via expedited international couriers (FedEx or DHL) to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
